500kg for general products. More than 5 tons for new products requiring custom molds.
Can you produce aluminum profiles based on my drawings?
Yes, we have professional engineers to design CAD drawings and establish molds according to your specific requirements.
What certifications and standards do you follow?
We hold ISO certification. Our production standards include DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, and China GB.
What is the expected delivery time?
It takes 2-3 weeks to open new molds and make samples. Mass production typically takes 3-4 weeks after deposit and order confirmation.
What are your standard packing methods?
Commonly we use shrink films or kraft paper. We can also customize the packaging according to your needs.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Usually by T/T (30% deposit and balance before shipment). L/C is also acceptable.
