The float is made of high-density polyethylene material by blow molding processing and internal special treatment.

MAIN FLOAT:
The raw material is HDPE. Designed for long-term water placement with UV protection, anti-leakage, anti-aging, and anti-hydrolysis performance. Fixed rails and brackets meet component installation requirements. Wall thickness is uniform with an average thickness ≥3.5mm.

WALKWAY FLOAT:
Made of HDPE with anti-skid patterns on the surface. It ensures no deformation or breakage when a normal adult walks on it. Features UV protection and anti-aging properties. Uniform wall thickness ≥3.5mm.

Connection accessories include: supporting pillar, fastener, bolts and nuts. These are unitized supply with interchangeable characteristics.

Used to fasten the photovoltaic panel by 4 pcs fasteners and high strength screws. It plays a critical role in strengthening the panels on the main float.

Supporting Pillar:
Made of HDPE material, fixed on the main float and connected with the PV panel to adjust the installation angle.

Float Bolts & Nuts:
HDPE material with high shear performance. Nuts feature an anti-retreat design to ensure they do not loosen under fluctuating water states.
